Access to Sub-Surface Observatory Services

• The Sub-Surface Observatory component developed under AuScope AGOS funding is hosted at the University of Melbourne.

• Access is available to downhole seismic equipment and earthquake aftershock recorders

• Because of the variety of potential applications no simple costing formula can be applied; each experiment has to be costed individually

• Prospective users of the Surface Observatory services and equipment should therefore contact the Scientific Coordinator, Dr Tim Rawling (Tim.Rawling@unimelb.edu.au) for a specific estimate of mobilisation and other costs tailored to their requirements.
